1. Remove the pads from their packaging.

2. Turn your shirt inside out and lay on a flat surface.

3. Place the underarm section of the shirt toward the ceiling.

4. Remove the paper from the back side of the pad exposing the adhesive.

5. Place the center of the pad slightly forward (toward the front of the shirt) from the center of the stitching.

6. Reverse shirt back around and you are ready to go.
